2023 Nissan Armada Performance Features and Specs

The latest version of the Nissan Armada happens to be the 2023 model year. Though the model didn’t see any huge changes for this current model year, it still contains some tried and true features that have been tested in real-world driving scenarios over recent years.

Of course, this includes the SUV’s renowned Endurance V8 engine. While some SUV models are topping out at a horsepower under 300 hp, the Armada offers up to 400 horsepower and 413 lb-ft of torque under the hood. The model also has a towing capacity of 8,500 pounds.

But power isn’t everything. The true star in the Armada’s lineup of performance capabilities is the Intelligent 4×4 system. It’s a 4WD system that is guaranteed to help you handle the various landscapes and driving conditions you’ll find throughout the PNW. The available system has a 2-speed transfer case and works in tandem with the driving mode selector. The Armada’s default mode is Auto Mode, which allows the vehicle to automatically respond to changes in driving conditions. If you know you are going off-road, however, you can switch into 4HI, as well as 4LO or Snow modes when slick conditions call for it.
