It’s no secret that the Nissan Altima is the best-selling vehicle in the Nissan lineup. The Altima just makes sense for a large variety of people thanks to its combination of performance, efficiency and even capacity. That explains why there is so much buzz surrounding the upcoming version. It has sparked a lot of people to ask “When is the 2015 Nissan Altima coming out?” Well, we can tell you that it will be here at Nissan of Auburn very soon. In fact, it might already be here by the time you read this. Click here to find out!

What’s new on the 2015 Nissan Altima

So, the new Altima has essentially the same design as the past two versions – where is the excitement? While you may be getting the same general design (which is pretty sharp, BTW), there are some definite upgrades on this version of the Altima – and not just a few. Let’s take a look. First, the SV and SL versions of the Altima will feature NissanConnect with Navigation and Mobile Apps, Blind Spot Warning, Moving Object Detection, Lane Departure Warning and more.

And yes, that’s basically the same 3.5-liter V-6 engine that comes standard under the hood. But check it out – Nissan actually found a way to squeeze out one additional MPG from the Altima. So a very efficient vehicle just got even more efficient. Nice job, Nissan! Of course, there is still a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine offered on the Altima for those looking for the most efficient version of the vehicle. This version gets an amazing 38 mpg highway fuel economy.

You still get the premium interior, ample passenger room and good cargo capacity in the vehicle as well. So as you can see, there is a lot to be excited about with the new 2015 Nissan Altima.
