The new Nissan Frontier promises to change things up
We’re always keeping our ears to the ground on the latest information in the world of Nissan. That’s why the fate of the next Nissan Frontier is high on our list of interest. There have been a lot of rumors surrounding the vehicle, and Nissan continues to slowly tease the vehicle. Well, we believe we finally got a look at the design of the 2016 Nissan Frontier. But what does it really tell us about the new truck? Let’s take a look.
Design of the 2016 Nissan Frontier
The front of the new Frontier has evolved, as it still features the trademark Nissan grille openings, but the headlights are elongated along with the LED daytime running lights. In the same sense, the rear taillights are also larger and more shapely. The front bumper and curved hood also give the new Frontier a unique look. In addition to looking good, this should all make for improved aerodynamics, which also means better gas mileage.
Naturally, everyone wants to know more about what is under the hood of the 2016 Nissan Frontier. If the Europe version is any indication, we can expect a turbocharged 2.5-liter four-cylinder turbodiesel to be one of the options. The diesel Nissan Frontier has been a topic that we have covered – and one that has been covered seemingly everywhere. All that we can say is that there is a very strong possibility of this becoming a reality – with the emphasis being on the very.
While the design of the 2016 Nissan Frontier might be different, we’ll have to wait and see everything else that will be new with the truck. As always, we can expect it to be a smaller and more efficient truck option when compared to the Titan. Keep it tuned here for more information on the new Frontier, and the other Nissan vehicles.

I see that you are making some great changes to Nissan Frontier for the 2016 model year. I have owned a nissan frontier since 2003, and am thinking it is time for a new one. I am wondering though if the 2016 model is going to be available with all wheel drive? I thought that I had read that somewhere. That would be awesome if it is so! Could you let me know if that is so. Thanks!
