I attempted to purchase a vehicle from this dealership and was offered no way to complete deal remotely and no way to place a hold. I notified the dealership of my time of arrival 10 hours beforehand and they sold the vehicle 1.5 hours before I arrived. Sales manager offered a blank resolution and was very unprofessional both instances I interacted with them. GM and most other sales representatives at least attempted to remedy the issue.
